The Octocom AI Customer Support extension for WooCommerce allows you to automate customer service, improve response times, and increase sales through conversational product recommendations. With this extension, you can:

  • Sync product data

  • Enable order tracking

  • Launch chat widget and Improve the shopping experience with real-time assistance

Install the Octocom Extension in WooCommerce for new users

  1. In WooCommerce, click the WooCommerce tab in the lefthand navigation, then select Extensions.

  2. Search for Octocom, then select "Octocom AI Agent" to be brought to the Octocom extension page in the WooCommerce Marketplace.

  3. Click Add to cart.

  4. Make sure you are logged in to your WooCommerce Marketplace account, then check out.

  5. Continue the checkout to be brought to an order confirmation page, then click Add to Site.

  6. If your WooCommerce Marketplace account isn't connected to your WooCommerce site, copy paste your Store URL in the box. If it's already connected, select your site from the dropdown. Then, click Add to site.

  1. Navigate back to your WooCommerce admin, then select Octocom in the left-side menu.

  2. Click “Open Octocom Dashboard”.

  1. That’s it! The rest of the onboarding happens inside the Octocom dashboard.
