1. Log in to Your Magento Admin

Go to your Magento admin dashboard:

https://your_magento_domain/admin

2. Create a new Integration

2.1. Navigate to System > Integrations.

2.2 Click Add New Integration.

2.3. Set a name for the integration (we recommend Octocom).

3. Grant API Permissions

3.1. In the left sidebar, select API.

3.2. Under Resource Access, select All.

3.3. Click Save to finish creating the integration.

4. Retrieve API Tokens

4.1. In the list of integrations, locate Octocom and click Activate.

4.2. Confirm by clicking Allow.

4.3. A set of access tokens will now be displayed.

4.4. ⚠️ Send these tokens securely to your Octocom contact.

5. Flush the Magento Cache

After activating the integration, Magento may still use cached configuration data that prevents changes from taking effect immediately.

5.1. Go to System > Cache Management.

5.2. Click Flush Magento Cache.

⚠️ Required step: Skipping this step can prevent the integration from functioning correctly. Magento may not recognize the new API permissions until the cache is cleared.
