How to Set Up the WooCommerce Chat Widget

Step 1: Download the Plugin

Step 2: Log in to Your WordPress Admin Panel

  1. Navigate to your WooCommerce store’s WordPress dashboard.

  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin.

Step 3: Upload the Plugin

  1. Click the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.

  1. Click Choose File and select the octocom.zip file you downloaded earlier.

  1. Click Install Now to upload and install the plugin.

Step 4: Activate the Plugin

  1. Once the installation is complete, click Activate Plugin.

  1. The plugin will now appear in your installed plugins list.

Step 5: Verify the Widget on Your Store

  1. Open your WooCommerce store and check the front end.

  2. The chat widget should now be visible on your site.

  3. Test it by sending a message to ensure it’s working correctly.


That’s it! Your WooCommerce store now has a fully functional chat widget to engage with customers in real time.
