list_google_sheets_tabs

list_google_sheets_tabs(sheet_id: str) -> dict

Returns {"tabs": [...]} with sheetId, title, index, hidden, rowCount and columnCount. Reads fresh metadata using the service account; Viewer access is sufficient.
