Subprocessors
The third parties Octocom relies on to deliver the service, with contracting entities and processing locations.
Octocom uses the following subprocessors to deliver the service. Customer conversation data is stored and processed in the European Union; AI model inference runs on EU-based infrastructure operated by Microsoft and Google.

Where a subprocessor's group parent is incorporated outside the EU, processing is covered by that provider's EU data processing terms, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
