Twilio phone number eligibility, address rules, and documents for Denmark.

Last checked: 16 October 2026. Scope: obtaining numbers for inbound/general telephony.

Number types and address rules

TypeRequired address
LocalDenmark, with evidence
Mobile, toll-freeDenmark; no address-document upload

What to prepare

Local businesses: name, registration number, and Danish address evidence: business registration showing it, utility bill, tax notice, rent receipt, or title deed.

Local individuals: name, passport number with passport evidence, and Danish address evidence: government ID showing it, utility bill, tax notice, rent receipt, or title deed.

Mobile/toll-free, both end-user types: name and Danish address. Twilio lists no supporting-document uploads.

Before ordering

The local requirement specifies Denmark, not a matching area-code region. A foreign address does not qualify for mobile or toll-free merely because no address document is requested.

These are preparation notes, not a stock or approval guarantee. Check the exact number's Voice capability and current registration form. For shared terms and the ordering steps, see the overview.

Translations help identify terms; they do not expand Twilio's accepted document list.
