Poland

Twilio phone number eligibility, address rules, and documents for Poland.

Last checked: 16 October 2026. Scope: obtaining numbers for inbound/general telephony.

Number types and address rules

TypeRequired address
LocalMatching area-code region; no PO box
Mobile, toll-freeAnywhere in the world

Twilio requires address details but lists no address-document upload for these types.

What to prepare

Businesses: legal name and registration number, evidenced by the relevant register extract (for example KRS or business activity register, with REGON/NIP as applicable). For local/mobile also provide the representative's name and authorization: power of attorney or official evidence naming that person. That authorization requirement is not listed for toll-free.

Individuals: name, identity-document number, and identity evidence. Twilio lists government ID, with passport/residence-card alternatives for the citizenship categories specified on its page. The document must substantiate the submitted identifier.

Before ordering

Twilio's wording for individual citizenship categories and identifiers is unusual. Confirm the accepted document in the live registration form rather than assuming every foreign passport qualifies.

These are preparation notes, not a stock or approval guarantee. Check the exact number's Voice capability and current registration form. For shared terms and the ordering steps, see the overview.

Local terminology

Translations help identify terms; they do not expand Twilio's accepted document list.
