What to prepare

Local businesses: long-form registry extract showing officers/address (ASIC extract for Australian entities), registration number, website, representative's ID/passport and email (no aliases; personal domains may need extra checks), business classification and ISV assignment answer. Authorization comes from the extract naming the representative or a director-signed authorization letter. Supply address evidence; no PO box.

Mobile businesses: registry proving name/ID number and address evidence.

Toll-free businesses: name, non-PO-box address, website, registration number, representative's first/last names and email matching the business/website. No initial documents; digital checks can trigger evidence requests.

Individuals: local requires Australian ID/passport and number, address evidence, use case, email and website/social profile. Mobile requires ID/passport and Australian address evidence. Toll-free requires name/address, digitally checked. Individual service must relate to business/trade/profession.

Address evidence includes registry/ID where applicable, utility bill, tax notice, rent receipt, or title deed.
