Number types and address rules
| Type | Required address |
|---|---|
| Local, mobile (M2M), toll-free | Norway; no PO box |
Businesses must be registered in Norway.
What to prepare
Businesses: official name and organization number, Norwegian registration certificate, website/social profile, representative's name/email and ID (Norwegian government ID or passport). The representative's name must match the certificate. Prove authorization with the certificate or power of attorney. Prove address with the certificate; use a utility bill if the address differs.
Individuals: name, Norwegian-issued ID/passport, document number/type, and Norwegian address evidence. Twilio lists Norwegian government ID, or a utility bill when using a passport.
Before ordering
The mobile category is explicitly machine-to-machine (M2M), +47 59. Its registration table does not establish inbound voice capability. Confirm capability and use-case eligibility with Twilio before proposing it as a support number.
These are preparation notes, not a stock or approval guarantee. Check the exact number's Voice capability and current registration form. For shared terms and the ordering steps, see the overview.
